I told her accordingly, and we would act as advised, and cancel Carriage, as to the position of her departure is postponed in deference to her request.
I also said that it would be understood officially that she does not desire to continue her employment under present conditions, and that she is being instructed to cancel her furlough arrangements.
She is at liberty to leave her employment until the relaxation of the present restrictions, when her position will be reviewed and subject to short notice about a fortnight.
Miss Kelsey's present leave expires on the 8th Aug. Whether we should extend her leave up to the permissible limit of accumulative employment (she has all 1 month 20 days of the additional leave mentioned above) is a matter for decision.
